leaking toilet waste pipe|Toilet waste leaking,ally sheedy nude scene

Hi there, can anyone please help with the above problem the toilet is a continental/european disign and the flexible hose will not stay in place due to the design of the toilet you can push it into place but it just slides off I have tried all sorts of compounds to help fix it but it still leaks...

On further investigation I noticed that the internal soil pipe is leaking at a joint (see photos). The joint is above the toilet and bathroom waste pipes so I am not sure where the leak is orileaking toilet waste pipeginating. I have painted the soil pipe (badly) and also。

So the waste from the shower room toilet must be being forced up the pipe. My questions are, first, could there have been enough pressure to make this fitting fail whilst in-situ? I do remember at some point both toilets being flushed at exactly the same time. But it definitely was not leaking when I moved-in.
